skill, attention, diligence, concentration and judgment are certainly desirable. However, I have seen many drivers with these attributes that are shocking drivers. Quite a few only believe they have the above but have much to learn, in their skills, perceptions and how they are applied. Unfortunately this is the common delusion of the driving public, most of the nut job hoons will all confidently state the very same quoted at the start of this post. It's a delusion. As I say though some tweaking is required to put paid to the nonesense cheers Rod
