Silly comments on the RXL thread, ditto your S2 chart.
The SP will close at 16.5 or 17 cps tomorrow imo.
Assuming the rabbit is the exploration licences, S2 applied for them on 3/11/21 soon after they were granted Block 4.
So the licences have been in the works since late 2021.
Below is one that took 2 1/2 years so don't count on the rabbit popping up soon. Another licence is pending from 2016.
On the other hand, there is the odd licence that was approved within months so it's hard to predict the exact timeline. It shouldn't be assumed that the same timeline will apply to all the tenements, as it appears that they are processed against criteria on an individual basis
