Indeed, if you want to rerate your share price demonstrate your ability to deliver dividends on a sustainable basis.
I've taken a small interest but not convinced by what I expect might be an anaemic buyback. I also happen to think they're a terrible idea when one person already owns so much of the company. This just reduces liquidity further.
