The management can update regardless whether in suspension or not, try that for a circular argument.
The trouble for management not all investors are riding on what they sprout out at a particular time.
It is like when Twiggy have to give up running FMG, in many investors eyes it was irrelevant, rules and the judge does notknow best the market does because all investors make a market and they invest for other reasons to.
Why not give notice of a suspension in ten days so some investors can get out or reduce holdings???
