I cannot visualise an Institution like Regal playing on a daily basis with the stock. Just look at the volume of small orders. More like a small group of traders that have a couple of million dollars churning the stock and soaking up from disappointed shareholders.
They should be in a position now to push the shareprice up and cash in their profits. In my opinion and not fact based assessment.
