I hold several reits, some have good managers that are able to balance between desinvestment ,development and the finance cost(leverage) for example dxi or rgn. Unfortunately clw has good assets but lousy management. No foresight or understanding of the prevailing economic reality. First ting they should do is upgrade the management before the share price consolidates at $3 instead of &3.5.
