Agree with Herr Joe on this. The current agreement is completely untenable given today's circumstances, it won't work for LOM, or any other company. However, there is good news, we are told. The existing agreement is out the window, and a new agreement has been negotiated, awaiting government approval. This new agreement needs to be a majority stake to LOM. full stop. Anything less I will consider a failure - this is LOM's one and only chance to get it right, and, in the event of a discovery, produce a bright future for all parties. B22.
