Again with the manipulation calls. If it shouldn't be this low, BUY more! There's obviously enough market sentiment that these prices aren't a buy, so until there is clarity over a possible raise or a buying trigger, this will sell down.
You can kick and scream all you want but if people don't put their cash down then the price doesn't go up, simple as that.
Sentiment changed to hold until raise clarity becomes clearer.
