One million for litigation of these kinds might get you as far as settling the pleadings in the statement of defense - although without fully understanding the nature of the claim and proper assessment of damages its rather difficult to judge but enforcing ongoing contractual obligations through specific performance could potentially expose the company to10s of millions in damages.
