Probably very well - he likely has lots of mates applauding him.
I don't understand the reason for the CR. The last quarterly said they have over $150m cash. You would think that over the next year or so they would earn another $200m anyway - so they could use that to fund the cap ex. It is not as if they are going to spend it in a week. So, why the rush?
