Yes it could be, but those are seemingly not the intentions re Mongolia. We shall see.
I wouldn't- if the TEG projects don't produce a viable drilling result, that would leave TPD in a very poor position.
There is also an unnecessary opportunity cost of keeping Gurvantes within the existing TPD structure. It is not making great strategic sense now and would make less sense imo with Walyering gone. TPD would be left funding a lot with no major income for a long foreseeable period.
The offer is .4828 STX shares for TPD, excluding Gurvantes and $850k for SpinCo. That includes the projects you mention. It's a matter of semantics though of course
