That's all well and good however this could explain the delay in funding etc. No potential player is going to touch this unless they have all the facts in front of them and powder dry.. Yes the re-entries are a small part of the big picture but how do you negotiate the funding when we don't know the outcome of the re-entries objection.?? I must say not real happy about this regardless of if it is in the past or not. It is better to have the heads up than seeing it posted in this forum by a holder that picked it up on the SUWA website.
