I am not disputing any of that. SGR have been dodgy AF and deserve a big fine. They almost certainly saw the understaffing and lack of compliance as great for business.
However that doesn't mean that SGR as it is now is the same as SGR as it was then - and in any case I am not in SGR for the morals. There are certain areas I never invest in for ethical reasons - arms manufacturers, coal miners, tobacco companies and companies that are involved in the slaughter of animals. That doesn't extend to casinos and gambling - if people want to pile their cash into pokies and roulette tables in the casino that Jack built than that is fine with me.
