This was actually answered in recent announcements. Note how all of us long term holders are not concerned with it?
Dilution is the name of the game with junior miners and there's nothing wrong with it as long as it's used appropriately to enhance SH value. I can only speak for myself, but management here has been nothing but respectful towards preserving SH value. Unlike a few other dilutionary speccies I can think of....
