This Top 20 was issued when the Shareholder issue was closed . it was undersubscribed . The rest was placed thru the under writter . A lot of where the sahre price ends would be determined as to what kind of investors have got onto the books now . Last run we had Tolga and his companies as Top 20 . If we can attract some high end investor group this stock could eaisly be a Disallowed or even more
