MinRes is teaming up with the UG expertise. That is what DVP is, it is what Bill is.
While its possible for MinRes to take over an UG contractor or try to recruit the UG expertise and form an UG mining division its the quality that is the risk factor for these moves. UG mining companies are not all the same! There is a lot of rubbish out there!
By teaming up with DVP MinRes get the best in the business along with Bills business acumen.
Dont let the DVP market cap fool you, as we all know Bill has also built a 12B company from scratch
I agree with some of the other posters on this thread, there is a bigger play going on here
