I read this on another forum, "You are curious why a company started with the help of a person on the FBI's Most Wanted List for a 200MM EURO investment fraud, who had brief stints with several Wall Street firm before starting his own firm, a friend of the CEO receiving a compensation ridiculed by the press and a Chairman charged with tax fraud and later removed from his company's board..... gee no idea why investment firms or pharma would avoid such a history ongoing as the Most Wanted Guy runs a new firm with Clinuvel as a major holding and subject of advice to new clients/suckers."
It's hard to disagree with this but I reckon the Chair's undisclosed long standing relationship (personal or otherwise)with the CEO is more of a concern. There needs to be a professional relationship here and clearly these two are hiding something. It needs to be disclosed. They have avoided answering a direct question about it at the AGM, the AFR published some unfounded scuttlebutt, the CEO came out to defend Blijdorp in his recent newsletter (Blijdorp bought a few shares and is currently 2X, and was 4.5X, bloody saint). Wolgen has previously described shareholders (who buy on the secondary market as second rate shareholders or speculators, but this doesn't apply to Blijdorp it seems). Blijdorp is up for re election. Wolgen knows this and he knows that it is going to be close, Blijdorp has few friends. I encourage every small shareholder to vote. I want Clinuvel to succeed but I think it is being dragged down by those on top. Blijdorp is bad for Clinuvel.
Also of interest is Homm's previous personal assistant still works for Clinuvel as a senior executive and lives in Mallorca, where Clinuvel recently "announced" by way of newspaper interview, a super clinic hiring 30 + clinicians. This was done in a blackout period without clarification to the ASX. Direct questioning to the company by shareholders has been met with silence. This is not even close to acceptable behaviour for an ASX minnow.
