So, if “The Wisr Board also wishes to confirm that Anthony Nantes’ termination was not occasioned by any financial irregularity
or regulatory contravention and the Company continues to conduct business as usual”, why was he moved on? Share holders and the public are entitled to an explanation, was it for medical reasons, incompetence, unrelated legal reasons, etc. This is B/S!
