to your point about the cost to the patient... Broward is the one that identified and confirmed there is little to no cost to the client and that the Dr actually stood to benefit financially from the use of HeraCARE... whereas March of the Dimes is the gatekeeper for e-Lōvu's success and it is a not for profit so maybe the e-Lōvu kids will get a quicker start to proceedings and HMD will have to track a bit slower via direct channels....
