All this is telling me is BOA's assets are trash and are worth nothing. Obviously someone knows that and is continually selling it down. Wouldn't be surprised if its Mahe Capital.
Dilute company with monster discounted raise to a broker that is loose. So not only kill original holders with the discount, then sell it down to oblivion later on.
This is a shamble, need a miracle here.
