It is a matter of "acceptable" to whom. $35 to me now is a lot more useful that $100 or even $500 in five years time. I recall a chap whose 20 acres were up for rezoning. He was offered (some years ago) $1.2M. His neighbours said he was mad, that in a year or so it would be worth $2M. His response was "$1.2M now allows me to buy where I want to and get on with my life. The buyer is welcome to the $2M"
That is my situation. 100%. Of course i would prefer $50 or $75 now but I would also happily take $35. Other may have more time. Some of course are today accepting under $20 for whatever reason!
