I wouldn't say a hard NO, but a soft unlikely.
"Recent" announcements (in context: last 2 years) have always been released after the event.
I would not expect an ANS announcement about the ceremonial laying of the first stone etc for some days after.
For example, the 25-Feb-2022 contract signing wasn't announced until 04-Mar-2022, nine days later.
