lunar cycles usually have short
term efects if enough 'time' hsnt ellapsed...

its not to say the up coming 'full moon'
cant be the catalyst for a low going into
sept/oct...

i would be interested to know what astronomical
event occurred in march 09 to nest a major
low, or was it just purely time itself ellapsing...

below chart shows the relationship between
'time' cycles and lunar cycles, they were
done ages ago and its interesting that the
40w cycle low suggested in the 3rd chart
actually played out ...
