The "thumbs down" was an event that was triggered by the market being "exhausted" and then becoming trigger happy when they didn't really understand the information provided to them. One sell followed another, and before you know it we had a self-propelling freefall. MAY is not the only stock in the world to do this type of thing, and it by no means actually changes the fundamental value of the stock.
To imply that MAY is now dead in the water is a rather obvious down-ramp. I hope, though, that you are merely saying that your technicals are not pointing to anything obvious at the moment.
