    Hmm...
    Sufficient working capital with optionality to accelerate but palisade walking (as most of us suspected they would).
    Surprised they haven't been smashed (yet). This potentially enables them to secure funding at a better rate but I'm unsure if anyone will make a deal with them. It almost may be better to do a mass dilutive cap raise than something worse than the palisade terms.
