The SUN SP is still going down. What you say is incorrect, they only have so much reinsurance, if the fire season bursts through the reinsurance cover that SUN has, it will then have maximum risk.
Of Hawaii or Spain or Canada happened to Queensland, SUN would be very dramatically underinsured from a reinsurance perspective IMHO.
