National AUstralia Bank Group has most of the $685 million AUD bank debt,
Paulina Dudek the group treasury person, got in trouble for what she said to nab but arguably NAB did not do anything.
Although it was ridiculously understaffed at the time, Dudek and Star should have done better and NAB should have done better as I have said on the NAB forum in the NAB thread.
Perhaps Star sholders could go after NAB for failing to take due diligence seriously?
