Further to my previous post I also found that: Paul Mabolia Yenga worked in the Promines project to support good governance of the mining sector which was financed by the World Bank. He also chaired the Committee for the Fight against the Illegal Exploitation of Natural Resources of the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (CIRGL), after having been the Coordinator in charge of setting up the "Kimberley Process" (more history of association with Minister of Mines - see below) in the DRC and member of the Mining Contracts Review Commission. As a signatory country of the Kimberley Process, the DRC was represented by the Minister of Mines, Antoinette N'samba Kalambayi. The Kimberley Process (KP) unites administrations, civil societies, and industry in reducing the flow of conflict diamonds - ‘rough diamonds used to finance wars against governments’ - around the world. So there are quite a number of sources which suggest that Paul Mabolia Yenga is focused on good governance and certainly has more integrity than Jean Felix Mupande (not hard). These sources also seem to reinforce the fact that he has quite a close alignment with the Minister of Mines.

The defining moment came when the President said all stakeholders have to work with AVZ management not the other way around. That in itself tells you who he has favoured to advance Monono.
