There is one possibility and i wouldn't put it past them to do a 10 for 1 stock split only giving holders 1 share for every 10 in the private entity, which would make each share roughly 20-30 cents.
We know that they are going to need to do it at some point, only logical to do it now.
naturally the deluded will ignore the split component of that announcement only reading the 20-30 cent component and claim a win.
