IMU 2.0 comment alludes to current acquisition Ann and pivot in future direction, ie production, not licensing.
$3m CHM finders fee is Hoppers goodbye gift.
LC resigns from CHM to avoid conflict.
PH mates get one final lick of the ice cream b4 he goes.

If some/any of this is true, decision would have been made months ago.
I wonder if PH steps down in Nov. He avoids a no vote and gets to save face, moving on to his next project.
IMU steams ahead to production.
Fun to speculate.

Side bar,
Some of my friends have been diagnosed as being ‘on the spectrum’.
One personality trait they all share is a complete lack of empathy and are totally self absorbed.
I wonder if this is part of the emotional make up of our Chairman.
It would explain a lot.
