Obviously a lot better than 110kg, but the 110kg is designed to be a fixed type of equipment, whilst the helmet is supposed to be lightweight enough for a backpack.
At 30kg, it's going to still be fairly hefty for a single (smaller) person to lift.
Otherwise, having it on the ambulance stretcher should hopefully mitigate any issues here.
So let's hope it is a case of underpromising and overdelivering.
