I don't know anything when it comes mergers and acquisitions and have seen the comments where people are suggesting current shareholders shares will be valued at a different price once the company goes overseas. anyone care to break that part down further?

From what I understand is Motive has paid a premium (0.2USD ) because Nandan has sold them the dream, or they believe the company is worth more or see the value in keeping it going. I guess it doesn't matter about the 'Why' the announcement states Motive get 250M share for 0.2USD per share.

That obviously waters down the 550M on offer today plus the new 250M ( Motive ) and the other approx 200M shares for the other two investors. At the end of the day there will be lets say 1Bilion shares. They delist then take the company over seas, doesn't everything just get transferred over to the new company at the same ratio? How can "they" change the agreement to then offer some shareholders less stake in the company.
