Can someone explain the requirements for NASDAQ listing for me in simple terms as I really don’t have the time to try to understand it fully. It seems that this is what some want but from what I see as per the listing guidelines we wouldn’t be capable at the current MC and SOI. If I understand correctly we would need to do a significant share consolidation to meet the minimum initial bid price, this would reduce the SOI to be at the lower end if that, which I would think would provide liquidity issues if there were not enough shares to be traded. So unless I am mistaken if you want a NASDAQ listing in the short term then the only way I see it happening is to try to increase the MC by obtaining new well developed complimentary assets and or having a CR to increase the SOI. So if you want a NASDAQ listing then you really want a CR as well by the looks of it….Look forward to see what other people’s understanding is on NASDAQ listing as I don’t really know how it works for an ASX company to move across.
