Effectively there are 443m ordinary shares, approx 510m total when including options which when converted will give more cash flow.
I don't normally include options until converted but in the case of LDX quite a few are in the money. Mostly around the 7.2c mark or CR mark. So no need for the retail to be involved in the SPP, so long as we keep rerating. It kind of makes sense too why Soph investors didn't bother with the shortfall as they already had options available in the future.
