    Ah well there you go. A bit frustrating to see a delay but then hey, a $10m deposit so seems it's going to go ahead now just with a delay.

    No problem, I'm fine with that.
    Now there doesn't seem to be too many sellers coming out of the woodworks which I am, so far at least, impressed with
