I think as long as holders get to have a say in any potential transaction- we should be okay I just don’t want to be sold down the gurgler if I don’t think it’s going to enhance my position, and I don’t want mgmt to effectively “ sell out “ if that makes sense
but yes - a good strong cashed up partner via an equity stake ( maybe via convertible bonds )at a decent price with escrow for 2 years might be alluring
