Agree with that assessment. Anyone that doesn't agree is either saying: (1) SSN management is lying and there're in fact more sinister reasons for the delay or (2) SSN management is dumb, for believing a lame excuse from the buyer.

From their track record, I don't think anyone would really suggest either of the above. So conclusion: they're telling the truth and therefore the fundamentals are unchanged - or in fact, better than before due to the increased interest in the region.
