Just before anyone sells out expecting a full SPP allocation, I snipped this from the announcement:
"Notwithstanding the target raise amount of $30 million, the Company reserves its right to
increase or decrease the amount to be raised under the SPP."
I don't have full confidence that they will fully allocate SPP applicants if it is overwhelmingly oversubscribed. Though I will be looking for all available funds to me to be participating 100%
