Firstly they are not running out of money and
Secondly most cap raises didn’t feature “institutions” contrary to even the remarks made by the broker and CEO
Most that participated in last few cap raises are just your average mum and dad investors who are able to get their accountant to sign a certificate showing they are a “sophisticated” investor.

Its only the speculation around a cap raise keeping the price down and fortunately those smart enough to know they won’t raise are steadily buying up whilst the rest will come back on board when they realize they were wrong
