As the largest SH maybe you have the BOD’s ears and your concerns are heard and acted upon, which may be beneficial to all SHs. However the BOD OWES an explanation to the shareholders! Getting a CEO, changing board composition, changing strategy, and then CEO is out, BOD changes, strategy changes coming soon. This isn’t reflecting well on the board. This has unsettled me as a LTSH as it may to others. This is not a light wobble. The BOD needs to earn its credibility and it isn’t going to be easy. The company has gone from a well run machine 12 months to what looks like wreck today.
