Yeah - COVID protections certainly slowed down services. Stats from https://www.afsa.gov.au/about-us/statistics/monthly-personal-insolvency-statistics are pretty revealing (chart below). I'm sure with interest rate hikes and the protections being removed, services will pick up again - there is a slight uptick in recent months, but well off the pre-pandemic levels. They have brought the services business unit out of hibernation recently.
