Another company had said to MNB they were interested in the product and also financing the project (win/win). This other company has since made the decision that they are not in a position to provide finance, but have maintained they still want the product. It sounds like they're not the only ones who want the product, so whether another company comes along and offers some form of financing option remains to be seen. Regardless, this now means MNB have to produce the PFS themselves, whereas they were previously going to rely on this other company to a certain extent to provide the engineering for the PFS.
How MNB are planning on financing the project could not be disclosed (as it is currently not known). I presented a number of options to see if I could get an insight into what a likely option might be, but it was apparent the decision will ultimately be made following the PFS, when details of the project are known to a greater extent.
