definitely china nerves are part of the issue in global Geo politics and economy but it’s also one of the reasons why projects like QPM are more likely to get through then not.
this CR has been poorly managed and clearly all on the QPM team
but the last 6 to 12 months has been a very nervous market overall
the GAS deal becomes even more important in securing and demonstrating servicing capacity for the huge debt / loan - government support can only take you so far.
1.5 billion in indicative commitments is brilliant so far
more than anyone else has achieved recently
