75M MMA shares. The shares are escrowed until April 19 2024. So the bottom line is that they either do a cap raise to continue drilling the REE discovery or hold off until they sell some MMA shares. Or JV the REE discovery. Take your pick. They did say that they were looking into applying for critical metals funding but that won't happen in the near future, I suspect.
