ANN: AGREEMENT TO ACQUIRE CANADA’S HIGHEST GRADE LITHIUM BRINE RESOURCE (21/12/2022)

- Based on the reservoir properties and the well performance observed at Prairie Lithium’s 101/14-33-002-12W2M well, a well network consisting of four deviated water production wells could be capable of providing the target brine production rates of 7,000 m3/d (calendar day) for a 20-year period.

Average 1,750 m3/d per well (original expectation when acquired)

ANN: PRAIRIE LITHIUM PROJECT DELIVERS SUCCESSFUL TEST WELL RESULTS (20/4/2023)

- Daily brine production was significantly higher than anticipated, meaning that the rate at which lithium can be produced may exceed expectations with potentially fewer production wells required to be drilled.

- The predicted sustainable pumping rates (without a safety factor) are 2,800 m3/day over a 1-year period or 2,700 m3 /day over a 3-year period.

2,700 m3 / day = 2,700,000 litres
2,700,000 litres x 127 mg (grade) = 342,900,000 mg or 0.3429 tonnes of elemental lithium
x 365 = 122.07 tonnes per year elemental Li
x 5.323 = 649 tonnes LCE per year per well
x 0.8 (80% recovery rate)= 519 tonnes per well
20, 000 / 519 = 39 wells required for 20k tpa or 2 wells for 1k tpa module.

Comparison to other DLE brine projects:

E3 Lithium: Flow rate 3,300 m3/day and grade of 74.5 mg/L. Using above calculation 52 wells required for 20k tpa LCE.

Standard Lithium: Flow rate 1,715 m3/day and grade of 437 mg/L. 14 wells required for 20k tpa LCE.
