I don't doubt that insto's will probably help fund the trials, but from memory you can only request up to 25% of the Market Cap and for clinical trials performed in the USA need to show evidence that the trials are fully funded. I could be wrong on the second claim, can't remember where I read it. So if the SP continues dropping then we may not be able to raise enough funds.
