Can't disagree with anything stated here Pattybark - other than to add the following (1) intentions of Marrison and Roche (2) Support of bankers and any tightening in covenants (3) Intentions of Litigation Funder in respect of the payment of the $32m and their interest rates going forward if this is going to be a major finance source into the future (4) Impact of the marketing ramp up and replacement of key staff as lost in recent times.

Definitel agree on the kybosh on USA and anywhere else for that matter. Australla and NZ need to be stabilized first and the future of class actions clarified. Are SHJ looking to become a Morris Blackburn and just be a legal gun for hire on behalf of a class action specilaist like Omni Bridgeway?
