Yes, I was wondering if Xi would go in person to the BRICS Summit in Jo'burg. The timing is exquisite. Fingers crossed, because if I were Xi - at a time when the majority of African Leaders are giving the middle finger to the West for their failure to deliver on broken promises - I would be wanting to announce the New Age of Sino-African Partnership and use the CEMAC resources push as the fundamental reality that China can (and will) deliver.
