Hopper got the licence from London when he was at SUD / ALA. He left and as ALA wasn't able to deveolp the asset he got it under IMU's control. The license is still with ALA but as we all know IMU controls CHM and RAD as well to some extent ALA. Directors and CEO's hold positions in each of them. It has become a big web of assets, starting with a single HER-Vaxx in 2013.
If all goes well that web could become a huge monster.
