True.
There are two reasons that I can think of why they would pay the debt to the ASX.
1. Too risky not to pay as the ASX could then call in the liquidators themselves.
2. The Board will be doing everything possible to keep RAN in business. If it fails now, then there could be a higher possibility of the regulators looking further into the running of the company in recent times.
This is all very interesting though.
